Keeping Civilization Connected
A fellowship to hold our heritage together, connecting the next generation of thinkers, builders, and leaders who will carry it forward.
The Problem
Every cycle starts from zero.
The people who will run allied governments, institutions, and newsrooms in 2040 are largely unknown to each other. Each time power changes hands, critical months are lost simply identifying counterparts. Trust is built early, in small rooms, on real problems. It cannot be improvised in a crisis.
The Institute
A network of people who know each other before they need to.
We find the writers, analysts, builders, and operators already doing the work across our shared civilization, and put them in a room with their counterparts before circumstances force the introduction.
Policy
Common causes across borders.
Fellows publish essays, briefs, and policy papers on the problems their countries share: practical work, focused on achievable wins.
The Fellowship
Bound by shared experience and sustained contact.
Fifteen fellows per cohort, selected by nomination. Three international exchanges a year: Washington, London, Vienna. Full travel, permanent membership, and a platform for their best work.
